Food Safety
Food security is a fundamental pillar of our collective catering activity. For this reason, CIS Chad complies with HACCP standards, but also with legislation drawn from the Hygiene Package and European regulations in order to ensure a standard of excellence to our customers in terms of hygiene, sanitation, while respecting good practices. Beyond daily, weekly inspections and monthly audits in its manufacturing units, CIS Chad performs more than 200 analysis per year to verify the conformity of its production processes to European standards.
Respect for the cold chain and the hot link are prerequisites that are monitored and controlled, thanks to the introduction of new technologies still unheard of in Chad (Thermopuce & Live control via radio frequency, monitoring of storage temperature on the cloud…). Our tools allow automatic alerts in the event of a hardware malfunction, which allows us greater control of our activity.
CIS Chad has put in place regular training based on food security through a rigorous training program conducted customized for our business. And because hygiene is everyone's business, CIS carries out frequent awareness campaigns for residents using communication media adapted to the multiculturalism that characterizes our operating sites.
