General provisions

Within the scope of the use and operation of the CIS TCHAD website, the user may be led to communicate personal data. CIS TCHAD takes all necessary measures to ensure the security of the data we collect and to guarantee their confidentiality. Within the limits of current technical possibilities, CIS TCHAD will ensure that these data are not deformed or damaged and that unauthorized third parties have no access to these data.

CIS TCHAD stores personal data for a limited period only, in compliance with current legislation.

In application of the general data protection regulation n ° 2016/679 of 27/04/2016, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, limitation of processing, the right to portability as well as right to define the fate of your data after your death in relation to all the data concerning you which is exercised with CIS TCHAD by e-mail at the following address: privacy@cis-catering.com or by post at the following address: CIS TCHAD - BP 6081 - Avenue Tombalbaye - N'Djamena - TCHAD. If you choose to exercise this right, you will be asked to accompany your request with an identity document, stating your date and place of birth and signature. These data will be kept while your request for amendment or deletion is being dealt with and will be erased afterwards. Whatever the case, CIS will not store the above-mentioned ID card for more than twelve months.
