Training, an important part of our processes
CIS Chad has a training plan for all its employees, it is reviewed and adapted each year. In addition to the usual training, we specifically develop, for our operations, various training:
- Food security training,
- Operation site management training, in order to prepare our employees for management positions,
- Health and safety management training, in order to strengthen our capacities to operate safely,
- International cooking training, with French culinary schools, to offer a wider choice,
- Gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement, afin d’améliorer notre flux de travail et nos capacités logistiques.

CIS Chad regularly offers students internships in which the level of international standards is applied.
