Training, an important part of our processes

CIS Chad has a training plan for all its employees, it is reviewed and adapted each year. In addition to the usual training, we specifically develop, for our operations, various training:

  • Food security training,
  • Operation site management training, in order to prepare our employees for management positions,
  • Health and safety management training, in order to strengthen our capacities to operate safely,
  • International cooking training, with French culinary schools, to offer a wider choice,
  • Supply chain management, in order to improve our workflow and our logistics capacities.

School-business partnership

Our aim is everyone's success. A true ambassador, CIS Chad is involved in the success of young Chadians and participates in their education and training.

CIS Chad regularly offers students internships in which the level of international standards is applied.

Some CIS employees work with specialized and management schools in order to share good professional practices, passion for the profession and their experience in the field.
